Non-BMW Bosch ABS Pump Rebuild

Rebuild service for your VW/Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, or Volvo Bosch ABS Pump now available!

These are identical in function and most components to the E30 pumps. Internal Bias varies by model so pump must come from your Make/model.

These pumps are approaching 30 years old, and are likely gummed up with sludge from cheap brake fluid.

I will disassemble, clean, and reassemble your core pump.

All internal components will be fully inspected, including full disassembly of all 3/4 solenoid valves (FR, FL, RL, RR, or Rear Combined (3 channel)).
The Coils and Motor will be tested for functionality.
Pump will be bled and pressure tested prior to shipment.

This is intended as a FUNCTIONAL rebuild only. It will not look OEM or NEW. Fasteners, Bolts, Etc. will not be replaced or re-plated. The Cover/Cap on the top will NOT be replaced but will be returned with minor damage from removal.

Turnaround time varies by volume of rebuilds, it can vary from a week to a month. Please inquire at time of purchase if a specific timeline must be met.

Some pumps may not be rebuildable due to hidden damage. If your pump is not rebuildable I will not charge you for the service and will ship back the disassembled core at your cost/request. I find this most often on pumps which have been out of service for many years and/or exposed to the elements. Moisture plays havoc on the internal aluminum surfaces.
