3d Printed kit to patch the holes left in the drip rails when removing the roof-rack rails on an E46 touring.
The community asked for a solution to the $800+ euro roof rail trim. This is a result of that request.
This kit consists of 16 pieces and is enough to complete a single car.
Each side has 4 penetrations that must be patched.
Clip: Qty 6 per car. Used for the front large, front small, and middle holes
Rear X-clip: Qty 2 per car. Used for the rear hole to support the rear cover. Left and Right are bespoke.
Large Cover: Qty 4 per car. Used for the front large and middle holes.
Small Cover: Qty 2 per car. Used for the front small holes.
Rear Cover: Qty 2 per car. Used for the rear holes only. Marked “R”.
October 2022 Update: Print Material switched from PETG to ASA for higher tolerance to temperature. If you ordered a kit prior to Sep 2022 and experience shrinkage, please contact me.
