BMW E36 ABS Pump Repair

Rebuild service for your E36 ABS Pump now available!
I do not keep ABS Cores on hand for e36 at this time, so I will need to be sent your core to start the process.

I will disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble your core pump.

All internal components will be fully inspected and cleaned.

Early Pumps (3 Channel):
All 6 solenoids will be removed, tested, and ultrasonically cleaned.
Flat-ribbon wire will be replaced with standard wire for ensured reliability.
The Coils and Motor will be tested for functionality.
Pump will be bled and pressure tested prior to shipment.

Late Pumps (4 Channel):
All 8 solenoids will be ultrasonically cleaned and tested
Motor will be tested for functionality
Pump will be bench-bled prior to shipment

This is intended as a FUNCTIONAL rebuild only. It will not look OEM or NEW. Fasteners, Bolts, Etc. will not be replaced or re-plated.
This service is intended for RACE CARS only.

Disclaimer:
Some pumps may not be rebuildable due to hidden damage. If your pump is not rebuildable I will not charge you for the service and will ship back the disassembled core at your cost/request. I find this most often on pumps which have been out of service for many years and/or exposed to the elements. Moisture plays havoc on the internal aluminum surfaces.
