    Can be pre-coded to your Vehicle prior to install with customer supplied information.

    Customer will need to supply VCS/FA and VIN to allow pre-coding, or send in a module (current LCM, EWS, or Cluster) so I can pull the info.

    Huggins Racing tune service for MS43 DME’s.

    Many changes can be accommodated:

    – Update firmware to allow cruise control with 6speed swapped early e46
    – Launch Control
    – No Lift Shift
    – M3 Cluster Warmup LED’s and Shift Lights
    – Speed Limiter Removal
    – Rev Limit change
    – Wheel Size calibration for smaller/larger tires
    – Speedometer calibration for swapped vehicles
    – Map reduction for simple tune (3 map tuning)
    – E-Thermostat map adjustments
    – Exhaust Flap always for 330i
    – Pencil Coil Ignition configuration updates

    This is NOT a performance tune, however adjustments to tuning maps can be made on request.

  • E46 M3 Cluster Mod for Non-M

    Now offering E46 cluster modification service.

    Have a 4-door and need the LED’s added to indicate open doors?
    Want the Redline LED’s adjusted to show the correct redline for an engine other than the S54?
    Prefer an accurate speedometer? The M3 is configured to be 9% fast versus the non-M at 6% fast. The M3 cluster can be coded to be any percent desired.
    Prefer an accurate temperature gauge? The S54 naturally operates at a lower temperature than the M54, resulting in the gauge reading past half when installed in a non-M car. The M3 cluster can be coded to behave more like the stock non-M cluster, or specific temperature limits can be supplied by the customer for more accurate display of temperatures.

    NOTE: This is the cluster mod portion of the task only. For full “M3” functionality you will also need to reprogram the engine DME.
    I offer engine DME reprogramming for MS43 cars (2001-2003 rwd, all xi) only.

    For MS42 cars (1999-2000 E46) it is possible but not a service I can provide. For MS45 cars (9/2003+ except Xi) it is only possible with an aftermarket module.

  • MS43 EWS (Immobilizer) Delete

    $50.00

    Easy method to replace your DME in any siemens MS43 controlled vehicle.

    If your ECU (DME in BMW terms) has failed, we can provide a method to replace it without having to worry about the EWS (immobilizer) system.

    This method also allows for a solution if you have lost all 10 OE keys and cannot get another made. After the EWS delete, any key which turns the physical lock will allow operation of the car.

    Perfect for race-car builds or M54 engine swaps into alternate vehicles as it significantly simplifies the wiring.

    The instructions for doing so yourself are provided (FOR FREE) at ms4x.net. This service is offered to anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable performing it themselves. I did not develop this method in-house, and therefore do not deserve the credit for the process. Anyone charging $200 (or more) for an EWS is ripping you off.
